If you’re on holiday, feeling unwell or if there’s any other reason you might have for wanting to turn off our automated voice alerts, we’ve updated the Hub to allow you to change your own profile. If you log in and go to your account, you can choose which kind of alerts you receive at any time to decide how you want us to contact you.
