It's a pleasant experience, but I expected more orders. And regarding the payment, I think 60% is a bit low. And at the end of the day you notice that you're left with almost nothing.

I joined Courier Expert after losing 2.500£ on other platforms who say many things but do almost nothing. From the first day I could feel this one is serious. The jobs are real, the payments arrive as they say, and honestly it is a big change to be treated with respect as a driver.

I use a few apps for courier work. Love getting work off these guys. You see the price when you bid, so its not a race to bottom! You get to post your own jobs for free. 30 days payment to boot. Wish CX would take a few pointers of Courier Expert. Keep up the good work!

Onboarding process clean and straightforward. Having used the app for a couple of weeks now, I feel it was worth the membership. Their rates are reasonable and the team are great. Not enough work to use solely, but great for part time, backloads, and inspiration.

Jobs are offered on varying vehicle size which helps you decide if you can accommodate the parcels or not. Have had some good work through this site.

I have been doing jobs for courier expert since 2020, they’re a great addition to my workload.

Everything is excellent.

The allocation process is always so smooth. Jobs are regular for car level couriers, and the app is so simple and easy to use. Only reservation I have with the company is there 30 day payment system. Hopefully it will be reviewed in the future to a weekly payment. Overall excellent vibes with the company.

After trying courier expert, I have to say people and the support is one of the best in the industry, fast and very efficient, payment are as it states and on time. But above all the detailed information provided for each delivery is the best I have seen.

The app is so easy to use and the pay rates for couriers are very fair. Best and most consistent pay I’ve seen. Ideally could do with more work but is a good addition to have alongside other work.

There’s always positive points and negative points in every company but the only issue with courier experts are the lack of consistent jobs over the week etc. overall a good company!

I was really sceptical about how this would be. But honestly it has been really really good. The staff are super polite and helpful and have kept me bust with work. Of course you don't get every job you apply for but there is no need to worry because there is usually PLENTY of other opportunities. I'm really glad I signed up

I like the app and for my opinion is great opportunity to make some money. The bad thing is that can not find so many jobs and you can not do as a full time job. Also, they are paying you after 30 days from the time you made the invoice.

Help line is good and friendly and always willing to help. App is not the best but its easy enough to use. Jobs do stay on there for a while (quoted jobs) but in regards to how it all works overall is good.

I needed a parcel picking up and delivering and im not a business and found courier expert online. It was so easy to set up the job needed and was updated in good time at each development. The parcel was collected and delivered before schedule which was great and would recommend this service.

I’ve just employed the services of Courier Expert for the first time. From the viewpoint of customer, I can’t fault them. I had a parcel collected from Taplow and delivered to Portsmouth, at very little notice. Both were executed bang on time and the online portal showed tracking. Highly recommend.

Some drivers sound bitter to the point of stupidity on these reviews. As a driver myself on CE for 4 years I think it has been excellent. Support staff are first class.

Despite my initial scepticism, I joined and it seemed like I would never get a job at first, I've now done 7 in less than 2 months. The team are great, as long as you understand what is expected of you, you will make it as a driver.

My collection and delivery worked fine, but the live updates website was always showing wrong information. In the end everything worked fine, but for the price that it is Courier Express should have delivered a stunning job, not an ok job.

Delivered a bed ordered from Argos and they were great. Arrived when they said they would, they contacted me up front to tell me exactly when they would be arriving and even rang me for directions when they couldn't find the house. Good job!
