Go to ‘Courier Directory’ under the ‘Account Menu’
Select distance to search from the postcode you enter
Results are displayed for couriers who have been active within the last 90 days (it is important jobs are allocated through the system – if a couriers is seen not to have done any jobs in the last 90 days – they will not be included in the initial search results)
Untick the filter box to display all couriers – including those who last did a job more than 90 days ago
Call and find an available courier
Select the courier you want by clicking on their profile
Choose which job you want to allocate to them, by selecting from the drop down box on their profile.
