- CRV Solutions Ltd T/a Courier Expert built the Courier Expert app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by CRV Solutions Ltd T/a Courier Expert at no cost and is intended for use as is.

- When we refer to Booking(s), we are referencing bookings paid by customers directly on our system (https://hub.courierexpert.co.uk).
- When we refer to Couriers, we are referencing Courier Expert’s courier base who have registered via our website (https://courierexpert.co.uk/courier-work/become-a-courier/) & have login access to the app.
Information Collection and Useage
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to location data. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Location Data
- If you choose to enable location services In the Courier Expert app, you are agreeing for your location information to be shared/stored to our API (https://api.courierexpert.co.uk). Location information that identifies you, will only be accessible to Courier Expert staff, and customers where applicable.
- Customers will be able to access your location information only when you are assigned to their booking on the app from the point you are allocated and will cease sharing to the customer once you have completed the booking. At no point after, will the customer be able to access your location information.
- Customers will still be able to view your previous location data, but only from the point you were assigned to their (Customers) booking and to the point you completed their (Customers) booking. This will be the case on a booking by booking basis, unless you decide to disable location services In the app.
- You have the option to disable location tracking at any time in the app (Which will cease location updates to our API) and you will still have full access to app features. You may also set-up a schedule controlling when and when you are not tracked.

- If you have opted-in to marketing when you registered, your information will be shared to Courier Experts third-party partners where relevant (Insurance, Fueld cards, invoice factoring). You may opt-out at any time In the app.

The above personal Information Is used and processed by Courier Expert staff, and some of the above information will be visible to others couriers who are using the app. More specifically, they will be able to see the following:

- Company name (If applicable)
- Email Address
- Town and postcode
- Telephone Number
- Vehicle Photo

- The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
- Links to privacy policy of third party service providers used by the app.
