Vehicle Dimensions

Just a refresher on the sizes of vehicles we use for each category – useful if you have more than one vehicle, or have other drivers working with you.
The reason we have (conservative) measurements we work with is to ensure that the customer gets the vehicle that they actually need.
There’s nothing worse for everyone than when a courier arrives in a vehicle that will not carry the consignment. As well as giving a bad customer experience, this can be very costly.
So – as per the website – here are the sizes of vehicle we use (obviously cars are cars!).
- SMALL VAN
Load length 1.4m, Width 1.2m, Height 1.1m. Max Load 400kg – 1 Pallet.
- MIDI VAN
Load length 2m, Width 1.6m, Height 1.4m. Max Load 900kg – 2 Standard Pallets. / 2 Euro Pallets.
- LARGE VAN
Load length 3m, Width 1.7m, Height 1.7m. Max Load 1400kg – 3 Standard Pallets / 4 Euro Pallets.
- EXTRA LARGE VAN
Load length 4m, Width 1.7m, Height 1.7m. Max Load 1250kg – 4 Standard Pallets / 6 Euro Pallets.
