Why am I not receiving job notifications instantly?
All couriers will receive email notifications for jobs appropriate to their vehicle size, or smaller..
An email is sent out automatically as soon as a job is booked onto our system. If there is a time delay between the email being sent from us and you receiving it this is usually caused by the device you are using to receive the emails
We strongly advise you have a phone which can receive email such as a Blackberry type device. As long as your phone as a ‘push notification’ function you will received the emails instantly as they come through rather than at set intervals. If your device is only set to receive the emails every 15 minutes for example you may miss out on job opportunities by minutes.
