Just some clarification about providing Goods On Board and Proof Of Delivery
We realise that occasionally you don’t have internet access when out on the road, however if that’s the case please remember you can always call us on 033 33 585 007 or text us on 07537 402594.
It’s critical that once you have picked up you get those details onto the Hub as soon as possible (or call us). When you pick up and upload your GOB the customer receives an email letting them know you have their goods safely.
As well as the customer’s peace of mind and customer experience this also leaves us free to deal with member enquries. Also, it frees us up to support you instead of chasing for updates. Far nicer all round!
The same thing happens with Proof of Delivery, the customer will get a notification that the job is complete.
On that note, the hard copy POD you submit for payment needs to be uploaded to the hub, prior to sending us your invoice.
