Tagged: applying for a trade job, trade job, trade jobs
You can do either or both. However, it’s worth bearing in mind that the system records how many jobs you have done. So if you accept a job outside the system, it won’t be recorded. The Job poster can see how many jobs you have done and it will help them decide of they want to allocate the job to you or not. It will obviously go in your favour, if it can be seen you have done more jobs than a rival courier competing for the same job.
If you do phone the job poster, we suggest putting your bid through the system first, then call to confirm if they have received your bid.
Also, jobs allocated through the system, mean you can enter GOB/POD details on the system, and creates a historical record, which proves you have done the work, if there is any dispute later on.
