With tracking enabled and regular updates you can always stay up to date.
For more complex deliveries, such as multi-drop, we are here to help. We offer a direct multi-drop service, with up to 6 collection or delivery locations, optimised to ensure maximum efficiency and minimise cost. Also, our wait and return option is cost efficient. The return delivery is 50% cheaper compared to separate A to B booking – a great option for contract signing.

We take the safety of our customers' goods seriously. We guarantee that all of our couriers come with goods in transit insurance policies, with cover up to £10,000 when you choose the higher insurance option when creating your quote.
Additionally, our team double checks to ensure the insurance cover is up to date. In the extremely rare event of any damage, your goods will be covered.
Furthermore, if customers have pre-existing anxieties about the safety of their high value or fragile goods, they can provide special loading instructions for the couriers to follow when booking. With Courier Expert, customers can be sure their goods will arrive safely and securely.

1 Easy booking process
Once you've gotten your quote, you'll be provided with a link to book & pay for your courier pick-up and delivery.
You will need some information to hand such as the location addresses, contact numbers and any instructions you wish to provide the courier.
Prior to payment, you will need to provide billing details for the debit/credit card you intend to use.
Our payment processor accepts Visa, Mastercard, America Express and Paypal checkout.

You will have the opportunity to state your good's value when booking, our couriers are insured under a Good's In Transit insurance policy with a minimum cover limit of £10,000.
