      A. We have our own nationwide network which includes hundreds of home-based, owner drivers, who operate under the Courier Expert brand and are vetted members of our network.
      Q. What vehicles do Courier Expert use?
      A. We have immediate access to vehicles ranging from cars and small vans to extra long wheelbase transits.
      Q. Do you operate at weekends and out of normal hours?
      A. We work 24/7. Our website advises availability for specific postcodes on our quote page. Managers are on duty evenings and weekends, so if you require an immediate collection, please book online where you can track your delivery in real time.
      Q. Are there any limitations on vehicle features or crew?
      A. We do not supply tail-lift vehicles and only provide single-driver services. Equipment such as trolleys or straps must be requested at least one day in advance and specified in the booking notes.
      Q. How can I pay?
      A. We accept most major credit/debit cards, including American Express, as well as PayPal.
      Q. Can I have an account with you?
      A. If you make 2–3 bookings per month, we may consider opening an account. Your first delivery must be prepaid, as new accounts take 3 days to process. Apply here.
      Q. Can you deliver my goods the same day?
      A. Yes, we are a dedicated sameday courier service. Your goods are collected and delivered the same day in a dedicated vehicle with a personal courier.
      Q. What geographical areas do you cover?
      A. We cover most of mainland UK, but not Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or areas requiring ferry transport. Some remote locations may not be serviceable. Please use our quote form to check availability.
      Q. Do you provide proof of delivery?
      A. Yes. We send email confirmation when your driver is dispatched, and again when your goods are collected and delivered — including the recipient’s name, time, and date.
      Q. Can you transport hazardous goods?
      A. No, we cannot transport goods requiring ADR licenses or ADR-style handling.
      Q. Can you transport a pet?
      A. No, we cannot transport live animals or creatures of any kind.
