Our service includes one van and driver for every booking, which remains the same throughout the entire process, providing a personal touch. We are able to pick-up within 30-90 minutes of booking for all service types, and can deliver anywhere within mainland UK. Our customers can keep up to date with regular updates and driver tracking, and we offer direct multi-drop service, with up to 6 locations. No booking is too complicated, and we can accommodate any special requirements you may need. We also provide wait and return service, at a 50% cost reduction compared to a separate A to B booking.

  Our services are suitable for individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, specialty retailers, healthcare, legal services, event planning, media, construction, engineering, travel, and accountants.

  We provide a comprehensive range of vehicle options with our same day courier service, perfect for all your requirements. For large shipments of bulky items we offer vans that can hold several pallets and over-sized items. We also offer from small cars perfect for passports, documents, high value items and small parcels; all the way up to our extra large van with a full load space available. We can also accept outsized, odd shaped, fragile or high value items. Regardless of the item or service you need, we have the right options for you.

  We take the safety of our customers' goods seriously. We guarantee that all of our couriers come with goods in transit insurance policies, with cover up to £10,000 when you choose the higher insurance option when creating your quote.

  Additionally, our team double checks to ensure the insurance cover is up to date. In the extremely rare event of any damage, your goods will be covered.

  Furthermore, if customers have pre-existing anxieties about the safety of their high value or fragile goods, they can provide special loading instructions for the couriers to follow when booking. With Courier Expert, customers can be sure their goods will arrive safely and securely.

What to expect

• 1 Easy booking process

  Once you've gotten your quote, you'll be provided with a link to book & pay for your courier pick-up and delivery.

  You will need some information to hand such as the location addresses, contact numbers and any instructions you wish to provide the courier.

  Prior to payment, you will need to provide billing details for the debit/credit card you intend to use.

  Our payment processor accepts Visa, Mastercard, America Express and Paypal checkout.

  Your goods will stay In the same vehicle from start to finish, you can be certain they're kept In safe hands.

  You will have the opportunity to state your good's value when booking, our couriers are insured under a Good's In Transit insurance policy with a minimum cover limit of £10,000.

  In the extremely unlikely event your goods are damaged In transit, you can be assured that they are fully covered.

Frequently asked questions

• What vehicles do Courier Expert use?

  We have immediate access to vehicles ranging from cars, small vans to extra long wheelbase transits. Please note that we are unable to supply vehicles with tail lifts and we can only provide 1 person/driver, we don't offer a 2 man delivery service. If the courier would need a trolley, straps or anything extra to assist loading the vehicle, this can be done if the job is booked 1 day or more in advance and it must also be specified in the special collection/delivery instructions at the time booking.

• How do you manage to cover the entire UK?

  We have our own nationwide network which includes hundreds of home based, owner drivers, who operate under the Courier Expert brand and are checked and vetted members of our own network.

• Do you operate at weekends and out of normal hours?

  We work 24-7 and our website will advise of availability for specific postcodes on our quote page, we can collect and deliver most times evenings or weekends. If you have an out of hours booking, a manager is always on duty evenings and weekends, so if you require an immediate collection, then please book online, where you will be able to track the progress of your delivery.

• How can I pay?

  We accept most major credit/debit cards including American Express and PayPal.

• Can I have an account with you?

  If you are likely to make 2-3 bookings per month, then we would consider opening an account. However, your first delivery must be pre-paid, as new accounts take 3 days to process. Use this form to apply.

• Can you deliver my goods the same day?

  Yes, we are primarily a sameday delivery company, Your goods will be delivered the same day we collect them. We provide a personal courier with a dedicated vehicle, your items stay in the same pair of hands.

• What geographical does Courier Expert cover?

  We cover most of the mainland UK, however we do not cover northern Ireland, the channel islands or anywhere that we would need to cross water in a ferry. There are also some very remote areas we cannot reach, please use the quote form to check availability.

• Do Courier Expert provide a proof of delivery?

  Yes, we send confirmation via e-mail when your driver is dispatched and also when the goods are collected and delivered, complete with the name, time and date.

• Can you transport a pet?

  Unfortunately we cannot carry live animals or living creatures of any kind.

• Can you transport hazardous goods?

  No, we are unable to transport any goods that would require an ADR license or ADR style handling.
