ETAs

A quick post to clarify how to calculate your ETA for jobs 🙂

When providing us an ETA please let us know how many minutes away from the collection postcode you are. For immediate collections, this will be from your current location. For future jobs please provide us your ETA calculated from your home location (or the location you will otherwise be coming from for collection at that time).

Please remember that ETAs are sent to our customers so must be as accurate as possible! You can include in the comments any reasons why your ETA is more or less than we would expect. If ever in doubt how far away you are, you can check online on Bing or Google Maps.
