Select ‘Post Trade Job’ from the the ‘Account menu’ in the hub
Fill out the widget and send
View responses from couriers on screen (although couriers may call you as well)
Choose a courier from the list of quotes
Or
If you have not had sufficient responses – try the following actions:
1. Email reserve couriers (once only option per job)
2. Search the courier directory (Premium & VIP members only have access to this search)
After choosing a courier, select and allocate your chosen courier.
Enter any additional job details
Courier receives a text message and email with all job details.
When collected, the courier enters the GOB time (Goods on Board) and updates the system – you also receive an email. Same process for POD’s. (Proof of Delivery)
