Sameday Courier Delivery FAQs

A. We have our own nationwide network which includes hundreds of home based, owner drivers, who operate under the Courier Expert brand and are checked and vetted members of our own network.

Q: What vehicles do Courier Expert use?
A: We have immediate access to vehicles ranging from cars, small vans to extra long wheelbase transits.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept most major credit/debit cards including American Express.

Q. Can I have an account with you?
A. If you are likely to spend £500 + vat or more per month, then we would consider opening an account. However, your first delivery must be pre-paid, as new accounts take 3 days to process.

Q. Do you operate at weekends and out of normal hours?
A. We work 24-7, however bookings are normally made during Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, but we can collect and delivery at any time, evenings or weekends. If you have an urgent out of hours booking, someone is normally on duty evenings and weekends, so if you require an immediate collection, then give us a call.

Q. Can you deliver my goods the same day?
A. Yes, we are primarily a sameday delivery company, Your goods will be delivered the same day we collect them. We provide a personal courier with a dedicated vehicle, your items stay in the same pair of hands.

Q. What geographical does Courier Expert cover?
A. We cover the entire mainland UK, however we do not cover northern Ireland, the channel islands or anywhere that we would need to cross water in a ferry. We always aim to collect at a time to suit your needs.

Q: Do Courier Expert provide a proof of delivery?
Yes, we send confirmation via e-mail when your driver is dispatched and also when the goods are collected and delivered, complete with the name, time and date.
